A new generation of portable Raman spectrometer for the identification of hazardous substances (toxic chemicals, drugs, explosives and their precursors). Next generation device is twice as small and twice as light, but at the same time five times faster than the first generation of the Ahura FirstDefender spectrometer! Its library contains a spectrum of more than 12,000 substances and is constantly replenished and updated.

TruNarc is a pocket instrument for field detection of narcotics and controlled substances, including precursor identification (substance used in drug manufacture). TruNarc is intended for quick identification of banned narcotics without direct contact. It can measure through transparent plastic and glass containers, minimizes the risk of contamination and preserves evidence (nondestructive analysis). Currently TruNarc is the only solution able to react effectively to quickly rising number of "new" drugs and it appears to be a good substitute for currently used NIK tests.

Unique mobile infrared spectrometer with fourier transformation (FT-IR). Even in the case of this spectrometer, Ahura Scientific has used its extensive experience in miniaturizing optoelectronic devices and in the construction of mechanooptic devices with high durability. It is amazing how small the full FT-IR spectrometer with a resolution of 4 cm^-1 and a range from 650 to 4000 cm^-1 has been able to be instated. The spectrometer has an integrated powerful computing system and unique software that uses patented chemometric algorithms previously used in Raman's FirstDefender spectrometer. The spectrometer is characterized by significantly improved reliability of substance identification (minimizing false positive identifications), but especially the ability to automatically identify mixtures of substances up to four components! Thanks to the integrated diamond ATR and a special preparation for reproducible pressing of the sample to the ATR- spectrometer, it allows easy measurement of liquids, traps, gels, foil, powder and solid samples.

Gemini is a mobile device designed for field identification of unknown substances. This is a completely new generation of instruments, when for the first time both technologies were integrated into one instrument, i.e. infrared spectrometry with Fourier transformation (TruDefender FTX) and a very powerful Raman spectrometer with an exciting laser with 785nm wavelength (FirstDefender RMX). Thus, there is a device that offers the widest possible range of analyses for substances with vibrating molecular spectrum.
